個人輸入でありがちなトラブル その２

前回のトラブルは一番ありがちですが、比較的シンプルなケースでした。
今回のトラブルは少し複雑です。

3/7にブラシレスモーター用の磁石を注文したのですが、バックオーダーがありました。ここまでは良くある話です。
ここで、共同購入している栗田さんから、「バックオーダーがあるなら、それを送るときに別オーダーも一緒に発送するように注文してほしい」と言う要望がありました。
早速、
次の追加オーダーメールをしました。
件名：for back order And shipping with new order ?
内容：
Thank you for received the magnet safely

The reason is because it has you send it with a back order magnets.
Therefore I pay $22.4 .
Is not there a problem?

You are correct. However, we made a mistake and we have already shipped the
M0401 and we will ship the backordered items as soon as they arrive. No
additional cost to you. So the total is actually 22.40 as you said. OK?
